1. Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome visitors, clients and customers professionally.
2. Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
3. Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records.
4. Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams for customer requirements.
5. Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and service requests.
6. Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
7. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
8. Handle customer queries and ensure timely communication.
9. Provide administrative support and assist with daily office activities.





- Candidate RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
