Woodkraft Studio is a Hyderabad-based furniture and home furnishings brand with showrooms in Mehdipatnam and Kompally (and a recent one opening at Kokapet). We make and sell sofas, beds, dining sets, curtains, wallpapers and more.
Responsibilities
- Call new leads from Instagram, Facebook, Google and website enquiries within minutes of receiving them
- Understand what the customer is looking for (product, budget, room, timeline)
- Share product details, prices and catalogues over WhatsApp after the call
- Invite customers to visit the nearest showroom and confirm the visit date and time
- Follow up with leads who haven’t visited or decided
- Update every call outcome in the CRM or sheet daily
- Hand over interested leads to the showroom sales team
