Key Responsibilities

· Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

· Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and perks.

· Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

· Generate sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, field visits, corporate tie-ups, and digital enquiries.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

· Assist customers with finance, insurance, exchange, registration, and documentation.

· Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

· Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly.

· Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

· Stay updated on new vehicle models, competitor offerings, and market trends.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before and after vehicle delivery.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

· 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (preferred).

· Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
