Qualification & Experience:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC / MEP drawings preferred.
- Valuable working knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.

1. Key Roles & Responsibilities- Prepare HVAC layout drawings, ducting layouts, piping layouts and equipment installation drawings using AutoCAD.
2. Prepare shop drawings, working drawings and as-built drawings for HVAC projects.
3. Develop duct routing, equipment positioning and piping drawings as per project requirements.
4. Coordinate with Project Engineers and site teams for drawing requirements and modifications.
5. Prepare drawings based on BOQ, architectural and MEP drawings.
6. Incorporate site changes and update drawings wherever required.
7. Ensure accuracy,



proper dimensions and timely submission of drawings.
8. Maintain and organise project-wise drawing records.

- Working Style & ExpectationsStrong AutoCAD skills with good drawing interpretation ability.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping and equipment layouts.
- Ability to understand architectural and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers and project teams.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.
- Be willing to visit project sites whenever required.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of HVAC design, duct sizing, basic MEP coordination and Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
