JOB DESCRIPTION – INTERIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day interior execution at residential and commercial project sites. The candidate should coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, vendors and other workers to ensure quality work and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily interior execution work at residential and commercial sites.

2. Monitor carpentry, modular kitchen, wardrobe, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting and civil works.

3. Coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors and project managers.

4. Ensure work is executed according to approved 2D drawings and 3D designs.

5. Check measurements, material requirements and workmanship at every stage.

6. Maintain daily site progress reports with photos and updates.

7. Monitor material delivery, usage and wastage at the site.

8. Identify site issues and coordinate with the design and execution teams to resolve them.

9. Ensure proper finishing,



quality standards and timely completion.

10. Maintain site cleanliness and ensure workers follow safety practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design.

* 0–3 years of experience in interior site supervision.

* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and interior execution drawings.

* Good understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes and other interior works.

* Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and measurements.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage multiple sites and workers.

Mandatory Requirements

* Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

* Must be willing to travel to different project sites across Hyderabad.

* Should be punctual, responsible and proactive.

* Should be comfortable with daily site visits and reporting.

* ⁠should be able to communicate in telugu, hindi and English ( atleast basics )

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).
