Operations is the engine room of Kinetic Age. In this role, you will help build the processes, dashboards, and

coordination rhythms that keep a quick-growing wellness company running reliably. You will work across teams, identify

gaps, and turn recurring work into measurable, scalable systems.

Build, document, and improve standard operating procedures for cross-functional workflows.

Maintain operational dashboards, track KPIs, flag anomalies, and summarize insights for leadership.

Coordinate with Sales, Physiotherapy, and Client Success teams to support timely execution and client delivery.

Manage schedules, follow-ups, task trackers, and closure of action items with high accuracy.

Support vendor coordination, procurement logistics, and internal resource allocation.

Identify process bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements backed by data.

Support leadership with research, reporting, documentation, and priority projects.
