Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management: Manage the boutique's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business, ensuring regular updates, product showcases, and customer engagement.
2. Social Media Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, festive offers, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate sales enquiries.
3. Client Needs Analysis: Understand customers' preferences, fashion choices, budgets, and specific requirements to recommend suitable products and provide personalized shopping experiences.
4. Client Handling: Professionally handle walk-in customers, online enquiries, product-related questions, complaints, and follow-ups while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
5. Client Briefings & Product Presentation: Brief customers about product features, fabric quality, designs, pricing, available collections, customization options, and ongoing offers.
6. B2C Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive direct retail sales by engaging customers, promoting products,



converting enquiries into purchases, and achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
7. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer databases, purchase histories, preferences, and follow-up records to encourage repeat purchases and build long-term customer loyalty.
8. Product Promotion & Visual Merchandising: Ensure attractive product displays, maintain store presentation, coordinate product photography, and create engaging promotional content for online and offline platforms.
9. Sales Follow-ups & Conversion: Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and social media, handle customer objections, communicate offers, and maximize enquiry-to-sale conversion.
10. Sales Reporting & Coordination: Maintain daily sales records, enquiry reports, customer feedback, campaign performance, and inventory coordination while working closely with the boutique management team to achieve business objectives.
