About the Role

QoreWeb is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) with experience in IT business development, client acquisition, and lead generation through freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Truelancer, and Contra.

- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and prepare customized business proposals.

- Handle client communication, negotiations, and follow-ups.

- Convert business opportunities into successful projects.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development (IT industry preferred).

- Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms.

- Proven experience in managing or successfully delivering at least 2 projects.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
