• Proven professional experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
• Hands-on experience with different interview formats, including phone, video, and structured interviews.
• Solid technical understanding and the ability to interpret and communicate requirements for IT positions.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Solid knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, including social media recruitment and Boolean search.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good understanding of HR practices and applicable labor legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments, organize priorities, and work independently.
