ABOUT HBOX HBox is a fast-growing US healthcare technology company delivering AI-enabled virtual care programs — Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM) and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) — to specialty clinics across the United States. We run revenue cycle management in-house with a growing team in the US and India. ROLE SUMMARY HBox is hiring AR Billing Executives to post insurance payments and to follow up on and resolve outstanding claims for our virtual care programs. You will work an AR worklist for your assigned clinics, find out where each claim stands, fix whatever is stopping it from being paid, and record the outcome. The role is measured on productivity, accuracy and turnaround time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Payment posting
• Post insurance payments, adjustments and denials from ERA and paper EOBs.
• Apply contractual adjustments and move patient-responsibility and secondary balances correctly.
• Reconcile postings to deposits, and correct mis-posted payments, overpayments and recoupments. AR follow-up & denials
• Work the weekly AR worklist, prioritizing by age, dollar value and timely-filing deadline.
• Check claim status through the clearinghouse, payer portals, IVR and payer calls.
• Read denials using CARC/RARC codes, then fix eligibility or COB issues, request documentation, or prepare corrected claims,



reconsiderations and appeals.
• Make sure secondary claims go out once the primary has paid or denied.
• Record every action, call reference and next step, and flag recurring denials to your Billing Manager. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• US medical billing: CMS-1500 claims, claim lifecycle, and the difference between rejections and denials.
• Payment posting from ERA/EOB, contractual adjustments, and primary/secondary billing.
• AR follow-up and denial management for Medicare and commercial payers, including payer calls, appeals and timely-filing limits.
• CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, modifiers and NCCI edits.
• Good Excel skills, clear spoken English and HIPAA awareness. QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of US healthcare AR / RCM experience, covering payment posting and claim follow-up.
• RPM, CCM, PCM or RTM billing experience, or a billing certification (CPB, CRCR), is a plus. WHY JOIN HBOX
