About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and engage with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable shipping solutions.
• Support client onboarding and account growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries.
• Identify upselling opportunities and maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales and account management.
