Team members contribute to a mission centered on the transformative power of scent in everyday life. Role Description The Script Writer at Waxys is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North. This role is responsible for developing engaging scripts for brand videos, product explainers, social media content, and promotional campaigns that align with Waxys’ tone and messaging. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming concepts with the creative and marketing teams, drafting and revising scripts, adapting narratives for different formats and platforms, and ensuring that all written content reflects the brand’s focus on mental well-being and aromatherapy. The Script Writer will collaborate closely with video production teams, participate in storyboarding,



and refine dialogue and voiceovers to create clear, compelling stories. The role also involves reviewing performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve storytelling and content effectiveness. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Scriptwriting and Scripting for digital and video-first content.
• Candidates should possess experience in crafting Screenplays and structured narratives for short and long-form visual stories.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Writing, including transparent, concise, and audience-focused copy.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Video Production workflows and collaboration with directors, editors, and designers.
• Excellent command of English, with strong grammar, narrative flow, and dialogue-writing abilities.
• Ability to translate brand and product concepts into emotionally resonant scripts that reflect mental wellness themes.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment in Bengaluru North.
• Preferred: Prior experience in advertising, branded content, or storytelling for wellness, lifestyle, or consumer products.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Literature, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
