Job Description

We are hiring skilled and technically capable candidates for a Printing Technology & Bookbinding opportunity in Germany. Candidates with experience in industrial bookbinding, paper processing, machine operation, production, or packaging machinery are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and set up cutting and folding machines.

- Monitor and control production processes to ensure smooth operations.

- Maintain high-quality standards for finished products.

- Perform regular quality inspections and identify production defects.

- Carry out minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient machine operations.

- Work independently and carefully throughout the production process.





Requirements

- Preferably, completed vocational training as an industrial bookbinder, with good technical knowledge of cutting and folding.

- Alternatively, a vocational qualification in a trade or technical field, with strong practical skills and technical understanding.

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a production facility is an advantage, ideally in paper processing.

- Candidates with experience as machine fitters, plant operators, or packaging machinery mechanics are also welcome.

- Willingness to undergo intensive training in recent areas of responsibility.

- German language skills at A2 level (B1 preferred).
