About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Data verse and Power Automate, along with practical experience using AI-augmented development tools and techniques to improve development productivity, code quality and solution delivery.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently, understanding business requirements, translating them into scalable Power Platform solutions, and collaborating with Business Analysts, QA, Architects and Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform.

- Develop complex Canvas Apps with responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Develop and configure Model-Driven Apps using Data verse, business rules, forms, views, dashboards and business process flows.

- Design and implement Data verse data models, relationships, security roles and business logic.

- Develop complex Power Automate cloud flows for business process automation and system integrations.

- Integrate Power Platform applications with REST APIs, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and other external systems.

- Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

- Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical estimates.

- Identify performance, scalability and maintainability issues and implement appropriate solutions.

- Develop reusable components and follow Power Platform development best practices.

- Work with solutions, environment variables, connection references and ALM across Development, Test and Production environments.

- Support deployment, troubleshooting and production issue resolution.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure development standards are followed.

- Mentor junior and mid-level Power Platform developers.





AI-Augmented Development

The candidate should have practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and development quality.

Experience should include using AI for:

- Developing and optimizing Power Automate expressions and flows.

- Analyzing and troubleshooting Power Platform errors.

- Generating technical documentation and test scenarios.

- Understanding and refactoring existing code.

- Identifying performance and maintainability improvements.

- Accelerating application development using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools.

- Evaluating AI-generated solutions critically and ensuring the final implementation follows security, performance and maintainability standards.

The candidate should understand that AI tools are development accelerators, and should be capable of validating and improving AI-generated output rather than relying on it blindly.

- Experience with Power Platform Pipelines / Azure DevOps and source control.

- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot.

- Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization and solution-design skills.

- Valuable communication, stakeholder management, documentation and mentoring skills.
