Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Technical skills: Hands-on experience configuring Profisee MDM, including data models, matching and survivorship, workflows, hierarchies, and data quality rules. Experience with other MDM platforms may be considered. Advanced SQL skills, including data profiling, validation, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and root cause analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and refreshable reporting solutions. Experience analyzing and onboarding new data sources, including data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and validation activities. Understanding of data integration and ETL concepts sufficient to onboard and support source systems within an MDM workplace. Direct ETL development is not the primary focus of this role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills. Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. Competencies: Ability to independently investigate unfamiliar data sources and quickly understand data structures, relationships, and business rules. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large and complex datasets.



Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and business stakeholders. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Work Environment: Global team: work with colleagues globally, primarily, Denmark and US. Experience: 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Management, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Profisee MDM. Experience with other MDM platforms may be considered where candidates demonstrate transferable MDM development and configuration experience. Experience analyzing, profiling, validating, and reconciling data across multiple systems and data sources. Experience creating source-to-target mappings and technical design documentation. Experience working with business stakeholders to validate data and resolve data quality issues. Experience supporting data onboarding or system implementation initiatives. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
