Job Purpose
The VIP Support Engineer at HO will be responsible for providing IT support to Head Office leadership, CXOs, senior management, and VVIP users. The role requires proactive support, rapid incident resolution, executive-level communication skills, and ownership of end-user computing services to ensure minimum business disruption.
In addition to VIP support, the engineer will manage day-to-day end-user support activities related to desktops, laptops, mobility, collaboration tools, conferencing systems, printing, and enterprise applications.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide prioritized support to CXOs, Executive Leadership, Directors, and other VVIP users.
• Ensure immediate response and faster resolution of incidents affecting leadership teams.
• Deliver desk-side, remote, and on-call support for critical business requirements.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security, application, and vendor teams for swift issue resolution.
• Support board meetings, ECH, DHH, leadership reviews, town halls and executive events.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling executive devices and sensitive information.
• Act as a single point of contact for assigned VIP users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS laptops and desktops.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications, iOS and MacBook’s.
• Resolve email, calendar, collaboration, printing,



and conferencing issues.
• Provide support for video conferencing solutions such as VC and meeting room technologies.
• Handle hardware break-fix activities and vendor coordination.
• Support software installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Monitor and identify potential user-impacting issues proactively.
• Conduct periodic health checks of VIP devices.
• Ensure executive systems are patched, updated, and functioning optimally.
• Recommend service improvements and automation opportunities.
• • Support smartphones, mobile devices, email configurations, and secure access.
• • Assist users during travel with connectivity and remote access requirements.
• • Manage device replacements and upgrades with minimal business impact.•
