Role Purpose

Support store operations by achieving sales targets, maintaining stock availability, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing daily store activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Performance

- Achieve sales targets and store budgets.
- Monitor category-wise sales and sell-through performance.
- Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Share product performance feedback with the Concept Manager.
- Track brand staff performance and incentives.

2. Store Operations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, retail standards, and store hygiene.
- Maintain proper product displays, layouts, and planograms.
- Upload and monitor planogram updates in Wooqer.
- Follow Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.
- Visit competitor stores and share market insights.

3. Marketing & Promotions
- Execute promotional campaigns as per company guidelines.
- Ensure promotional materials and offers are displayed correctly.
- Share feedback on campaign effectiveness.

4. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain optimum stock levels.
- Monitor replenishment of rapid-selling products.
- Manage damaged, expired, and slow-moving stock.
- Ensure accurate stock counts and inventory processes.
- Prevent stock losses, theft, and shrinkage.




- Ensure all items have correct tags, barcodes, and security labels.

5. Customer Service
- Ensure team follows "Greet, Engage & Convert" standards.
- Resolve customer complaints within defined timelines.
- Improve customer experience based on feedback and audit reports.

6. Team Management
- Prepare staff duty rosters (ROTA).
- Allocate work and monitor performance.
- Provide coaching and product training to staff.
- Ensure adequate staff availability.
- Report brand staff attendance daily.
