Role Description This is a full-time, in office AR Callers/Analyst role based in Chennai. The role involves making outbound calls to insurance companies and other payers to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and resolve claim issues. The AR Callers/Analyst will analyze claim status, identify reasons for denials or delays, and update billing systems with accurate information and documentation. Daily tasks include reviewing patient accounts, validating data, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely collections and compliance with client requirements. The position requires meeting productivity and quality targets while maintaining professional communication and adhering to all applicable processes and guidelines. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess basic computer and documentation skills, including proficiency with MS Office tools, data entry, and maintaining accurate records in billing or AR management systems.
• Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work, meet daily productivity goals, and adhere to process timelines and quality standards.
• Candidates should preferably have prior experience in medical billing, RCM, AR calling, or a related healthcare finance process, or a strong interest in learning these domains.
• Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates with strong communication skills and willingness to work in US healthcare processes are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts aligned with client time zones and comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven on-site environment in Chennai.
