About the job Dcluttr is an AI copilot for quick commerce. We are challenging a brand’s most trusted decision-making tool: gut feeling. We’re building a brand that shows up every day on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. We need someone behind the camera who can help capture the people, product, and energy behind Dcluttr. We are not looking for experience. We are looking for someone curious, quick, and hungry to learn, who always has their phone ready and an eye for a good shot. As an intern, you will work closely with the founders and the content team, get hands-on with real shoots from day one, and learn how content is made at a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities:
• Shoot founder-led videos, team moments, and behind-the-scenes content at the office
• Capture events, meetups, and customer conversations as photos and short videos
• Record product walkthroughs and screen captures for social and sales content
• Help plan shoots: set up lighting, sound, framing, and shot lists
• Do basic edits and cuts for Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn videos
• Organise and maintain our footage and content library
• Pitch content ideas and keep an eye on trends that fit our brand

Requirements:




• Currently studying or recently graduated in mass media, film, design, or a related field (or self-taught with strong work)
• A portfolio or Instagram showing photos or videos you’ve shot
• Comfortable shooting on a phone or DSLR/mirrorless camera
• Basic editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Good eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling
• Comfortable talking to people on camera and directing them
• Reliable, quick to act, and open to feedback
• Available to work from our office for in-person shoots Why join us?
