Company: Meeraka Luxe Private Limited At Meeraka, we’re building a new-age fragrance brand, and we’re looking for an organised, proactive and execution-focused qualified to manage our supply chain, logistics and day-to-day operations. We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring that everything moves smoothly — from manufacturing to the customer’s doorstep.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain & Procurement
* Coordinate with perfume manufacturers, OEM partners and suppliers.
* Manage procurement of perfumes, packaging materials, bottles, caps, labels and other components.
* Track production schedules, material requirements and delivery timelines.
* Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and timely availability of products. 2. Inventory Management
* Maintain accurate inventory records of finished goods and packaging materials.
* Monitor stock levels and plan replenishments.
* Track inward and outward stock movements.
* Ensure proper stock reconciliation and minimise wastage. 3. Logistics & Order Fulfilment
* Manage daily order processing and dispatch through Shopify.
* Coordinate with courier and logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery and other shipping aggregators.




* Track shipments, delivery performance, RTOs and customer returns.
* Resolve shipping and delivery-related issues. 4. Operations Management
* Oversee end-to-end operational activities.
* Coordinate with packaging, manufacturing and fulfilment partners.
* Maintain operational reports, MIS and documentation.
* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. What We’re Looking For
* 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or operations.
* Working knowledge of inventory management and order fulfilment.
* Familiarity with Shopify and shipping platforms such as Shiprocket or Delhivery.
* Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Robust ownership, attention to detail and an execution-oriented mindset. Experience with D2C brands, e-commerce, FMCG or consumer products will be an added advantage. Location New Delhi
