Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Coimbatore. The Business Development Manager will identify and onboard local businesses, present Nearle’s value proposition, and negotiate partnership terms. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with merchants, conducting market research to spot new opportunities, and managing a pipeline of prospects.



Daily responsibilities include meeting with potential partners, coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful deal launches, and tracking performance metrics for each partner. The Business Development Manager will also collect feedback from merchants and customers to refine offerings and support continuous improvement in Nearle’s hyper-local strategy. Qualifications
• Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation.
• Relationship management and communication skills to engage local merchants and stakeholders.
• Market research and analytical skills to understand hyper-local trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Planning, organization, and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
