We are looking for dedicated, target-oriented Collection Officers to join our team. ?
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with customers for overdue loan repayments through calls and field visits.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Conduct customer visits for payment follow-ups and address verification.
• Obtain payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
• Update customer feedback, visit details, and collection activities accurately in the system.
• Handle customer queries professionally and follow company collection policies and compliance guidelines. ? Mandatory Requirements
• Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory.
• Experience in Persoonal loan collections, banking, NBFC,
or financial services is preferred.
• Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
