India Work Mode: Remote Engagement: Freelance / Contract PRISM TECH SYSTEMS is looking for creative and technically skilled Video Editors, Motion Graphics Designers, and Visual Content Creators who can independently handle end-to-end video production, illustration, animation, and post-production requirements for diverse projects. We're particularly interested in professionals who don't just edit videos but understand visual storytelling, creative direction, and how to turn ideas, scripts, and concepts into engaging visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for educational, corporate, promotional, digital learning, and social media projects.
• Handle end-to-end video production, including conceptualisation, storyboarding, editing, animation, rendering, and final delivery.
• Create 2D motion graphics, animated illustrations, infographics, explainer videos, and visually engaging presentations.
• Develop custom illustrations, vector artwork, icons, characters, backgrounds, and visual assets.
• Work with live-action footage, interviews, talking-head videos, screencasts, and recorded training sessions.
• Add qualified transitions, typography, subtitles, captions, visual effects, and sound enhancements.
• Create animated educational content, product demonstrations, tutorials, and corporate training videos.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio synchronisation, noise reduction, and video enhancement.
• Convert scripts and storyboards into complete animated or live-action video sequences.
• Optimise video content for different platforms, resolutions, aspect ratios,



and delivery formats.
• Collaborate with creative teams, instructional designers, scriptwriters, and project managers.
• Independently manage timelines, revisions, and multiple deliverables while maintaining consistent quality. Mandatory Skills &

Experience:
• Proven hands-on experience in professional video editing and post-production.
• Strong knowledge of motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, and video composition.
• Practical experience creating illustrations, graphic elements, and animated visual assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and audio-editing tools.
• Ability to independently produce polished videos from raw footage, scripts, and creative briefs.
• Understanding of frame rates, codecs, resolutions, aspect ratios, and export settings.
• Experience with kinetic typography, transitions, visual effects, and compositing.
• Strong creative judgement, attention to detail, and an understanding of pacing and storytelling.
• Ability to incorporate feedback and deliver client-ready outputs within deadlines.
• Good communication skills and experience working with remote teams. Additional Skills (Preferred):
• 2D/3D animation using Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
• Character animation and rigging.




• Whiteboard animation and explainer video development.
• Educational animation and instructional video production.
• UI/UX animation and product walkthroughs.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• AI-assisted video production and creative tools.
• Experience creating accessible videos with captions, subtitles, and audio descriptions.
• Familiarity with YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital content formats. Preferred Background: Professionals with experience in video production agencies, creative studios, EdTech companies, animation studios, eLearning production, corporate communications, or digital media are encouraged to apply. A degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Film Production, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is preferred. However, a strong portfolio and demonstrated practical skills will be given greater consideration. Important: This is a hands-on creative production role. Candidates must be capable of independently editing and producing videos, creating visual assets, and handling animation or motion graphics requirements. Applicants with only theoretical knowledge or basic template-based editing experience may not be suitable. A portfolio or showreel showcasing actual completed work is mandatory.
