HR InternRemote | 4 Months | 6 Hours/Day, 6 Days/Week | Unpaid Internship

About the Role
We are looking for an execution-focused HR Intern to support talent acquisition, candidate coordination, applicant tracking, and basic people operations at INFINEO. You will work closely on sourcing and screening candidates across various internship functions (content, design, AI video, tech), managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and optimizing recruitment workflows.

What You'll Do
• Source, review, and screen applicant profiles across multiple internship functions
• Schedule interviews and seamlessly coordinate availability between candidates and evaluators
• Manage candidate communications, follow-ups, interview reminders, and status updates promptly
• Maintain accurate hiring data, applicant tracking pipelines, and records in Google Sheets or Notion
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, document collection, and orientation for newly selected team members
• Support ongoing improvements to recruitment workflows, candidate experience, and HR automation What We're Looking For
• Explicit, professional written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple applicant threads concurrently
• Strong proactive follow-up capability to ensure recruitment SLAs and deadlines are met
• High attention to detail in applicant tracking, record-keeping, and scheduling accuracy
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality,



and execute tasks efficiently Good to Have
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, event coordination, or administrative support
• Experience with Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Notion, or candidate management tools
• Interest in human resources, people operations, talent acquisition, or startup operations
• Exposure to AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) for communication drafting or administrative tasks What You'll Get
