Role Description The Tally Teacher will conduct classroom-based training on Tally and related accounting concepts for students at various skill levels. Responsibilities include planning and delivering structured lessons, demonstrating Tally features through practical exercises, and guiding learners in applying concepts to real-world business scenarios. The role involves creating and updating teaching materials, assessing student performance, providing feedback,



and supporting skill development and employability. The Tally Teacher will collaborate with the institute’s team to maintain academic standards and participate in examinations, evaluations, and student counseling as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kanpur Nagar. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Teaching and Training skills to deliver Tally and accounting concepts effectively in a classroom setting.
• Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills to design, organize, and update course content and learning materials.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex topics clearly and interact professionally with diverse learners.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and basic to advanced accounting principles.
• Relevant qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Computer Applications, or a related field; certifications in Tally are an advantage.
• Ability to use computers and digital tools for teaching, content creation, and student assessment.
• Prior teaching or training experience in Tally or accounting, preferably in an educational or vocational training institute.
• Commitment to learner success, patience, and a structured approach to classroom management.
