The intern will support outreach campaigns to prospective platform users, assist with lead generation and qualification, and help maintain CRM records. Daily tasks include drafting and sending emails, conducting online research on potential partners, supporting social media and content marketing activities, and preparing basic sales reports.



The role also involves responding to inquiries, gathering feedback from users, and collaborating with the team to refine messaging and sales materials. The intern will learn foundational B2B sales and marketing techniques while contributing to the growth of the marketplace. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management to support lead generation and follow-up.
• Ability to assist with Training-related activities, such as helping current users understand platform features.
• Comfort with digital tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and basic social media management.
• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic metrics and provide insights on outreach performance.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in technology, innovation, and IP licensing is an advantage.
