Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Day-to-day activities include managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, supporting performance management cycles, and advising on labor and employment law compliance. The HRBP will collaborate with managers to resolve workplace issues, drive engagement initiatives, and support training and development programs. The role also involves analyzing HR data,



contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes, and ensuring consistent, fair, and inclusive people practices across the organization. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), including experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.
• Knowledge and practical experience with HR Policies and their implementation across teams and functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Employee Relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law applicable in India, with ability to advise on compliance and risk mitigation.
• Experience with Performance Management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in consumer electronics, e-commerce, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
