– Retail Store Manager Position: Retail Store Manager Department: Retail Operations Industry: Retail / FMCG / Food & Beverage Company: AJFAN International Retails LLP Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage employees, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall day-to-day retail store operations.
- Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Monitor sales, billing, cash handling, and daily reports.
- Lead, train, and motivate store employees.
- Manage staff attendance, duty schedules, and discipline.
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock availability.
- Monitor product displays, pricing, and merchandising.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store cleanliness,



hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail store management.
- Experience in FMCG, supermarkets, food retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of POS billing, inventory, and sales reporting. Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month
