FIELD MARKETING EXECUTIVE INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS (B2B) This is a 100% field-based marketing and sales role. You will go door to door through assigned industrial areas every working day, visit factories and manufacturing units, introduce Aerotech India's products, and generate new business enquiries. This is not an office desk job or work-from-home role. Daily office reporting is not required. Openings: Bawal, Haryana – 2; Pune, Maharashtra – 2. About Aerotech India Aerotech India designs, manufactures and supplies industrial air-handling and air-pollution-control equipment, including centrifugal blowers, axial fans, industrial fans, ventilation systems and dust collectors. Role and responsibilities
- Plan and carry out daily visits to factories and industrial establishments in the assigned territory.
- Identify current prospective customers and approach them directly, including first-time door-to-door visits.
- Meet purchase, maintenance, production, project and plant personnel to understand their needs.
- Present our industrial products and explain relevant applications.
- Generate qualified enquiries and leads; coordinate with the technical/commercial team for quotations and solutions.




- Follow up with prospects, build long-term customer relationships and work toward lead-generation and sales targets.
- Keep records of companies visited, contacts, requirements, enquiries and follow-ups; report field activity regularly. Candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B field sales, industrial marketing or business development.
- Must have worked in a technical or engineering-related industry, such as industrial equipment/machinery, electrical equipment, industrial automation or electronics manufacturing.
- Graduate; engineering or another technical background preferred.
- Comfortable travelling daily within industrial areas, approaching factories directly and working independently in the field.
- Good communication, product-presentation and follow-up skills. Work structure You will work primarily in the field in and around Bawal or Pune. There is no requirement to attend the office daily. Approximately one review/coordination meeting per month may be required. Candidates who can join soon are preferred.
