Key Responsibilities

- Call and qualify potential leads before passing them to the sales team.
Understand student requirements and provide basic guidance about PrepMed’s courses.
- Conduct Video Calls (VCs) with students/parents when required.
- Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.




Assist the sales team in achieving targets through lead nurturing and engagement.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle objections and build relationships with leads.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
