Experience:
5–6 years in industrial automation sales, including at least 2 years handling key accounts or a regional territory Qualification: B.
E./B.
Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation (MBA is a plus) What you’ll do
- Own regional revenue targets and build the annual sales plan for the Vollwert portfolio
- Develop and manage key accounts across EPCs, OEMs, consultants and end users
- Lead and mentor sales engineers; review pipeline, offers and forecasts
- Drive large DCS, SCADA and system-integration opportunities and tenders from enquiry to order
- Represent Vollwert at industry events and with key stakeholders
- Share market intelligence on competitors, pricing and upcoming projects What we’re looking for
- A proven track record of closing automation projects (DCS/PLC/SCADA, networking, actuators, panels)
- A strong network with decision-makers in your region
- Experience with tendering, commercial negotiation and contract terms
- Team leadership and transparent, business-focused communication
