Job role : Windows 365 Consultant Location PAN India Experience 6 to 12 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Windows 365 & Intune Administrator (L3) to support, manage, and optimize modern workplace solutions built on Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, Azure services, endpoint management, security, and device lifecycle management in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, support, and administer Microsoft Intune and Windows 365 environments.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows 365 Cloud PCs and related services.
- Design and implement endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune.
- Create, deploy, and troubleshoot Intune configuration, compliance, and security policies.
- Implement and support Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Package, deploy, and troubleshoot applications through Microsoft Intune.
- Plan, deploy, and monitor Windows updates, feature releases, and patch management activities.
- Manage endpoint security controls, including BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, and Security Baselines.




- Monitor and enhance the overall security posture of endpoint environments.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement Conditional Access, device compliance, and advanced endpoint protection strategies.
- Configure and optimize Windows 365 environments for performance, availability, and security.
- Support Azure cloud services associated with endpoint and identity management.
- Work closely with Microsoft support teams to resolve critical issues and service incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide L3 technical support for escalations.
- Maintain operational documentation, best practices, and governance standards. Required Skills & Experience Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management
