Role & responsibilities VR Enterprises is looking for energetic and motivated Marketing Field Executives to promote our loan services, generate customer leads, and develop new business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing activities, meeting potential customers, and generating leads for various loan products.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit commercial areas, offices, shops, and businesses to generate loan leads.
- Identify potential customers looking for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Promote the company's loan services through direct marketing and customer interactions.
- Meet potential customers and explain available loan options.
- Generate quality leads and share customer details with the loan sales team.
- Build relationships with customers, business owners, and referral partners.
- Conduct market visits to identify recent business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the telecalling and loan processing teams for customer follow-ups.
- Collect preliminary customer information and assist in gathering required documents.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and lead generation records.
