Job Purpose To lead end-to-end operations of the Control Panel Manufacturing Unit, ensuring achievement of production, quality, delivery, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction targets through effective planning, resource management, and continuous improvement. Key Accountabilities 1. Manufacturing Operations
- Drive production to meet output, productivity, and delivery targets.
- Oversee control panel assembly, wiring, testing, and dispatch operations.
- Optimize capacity utilization and shopfloor performance. 2. Planning & Delivery
- Ensure adherence to production plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, and PPC for material readiness.
- Achieve on-time-in-full (OTIF) customer deliveries. 3. Quality & Testing
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Drive reduction in defects, rework, and customer complaints.
- Ensure 100% testing and validation before dispatch. 4. Cost & Inventory Management
- Control manufacturing costs, budgets, and operational expenses.
- Optimize inventory levels and material availability.
- Drive value engineering and cost reduction initiatives. 5. Maintenance & Asset Management
- Ensure equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Improve OEE, uptime, and plant efficiency. 6. Continuous Improvement
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
- Improve productivity, quality, and cycle times. 7. EHS & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, and ISO requirements.
- Promote a zero-accident and audit-ready culture. 8.

- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams.

E./B.
Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Production, or Instrumentation Engineering.
