Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening platform security, managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and building robust observability and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. The role involves operating and continuously improving cloud platforms across Development, UAT, and Production environments, ensuring high availability, security, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- CI/CD Automation: Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines.
- AWS Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize AWS services, including EKS, Fargate, Lambda, Lake Formation, IAM, and KMS.
- Platform Engineering: Operate, maintain, and enhance EKS-based platforms and data integration services, including Apache Airflow/MWAA, Airbyte, and Power BI Gateway.
- Observability and Monitoring: Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and audit capabilities using Amazon CloudWatch and AWS CloudTrail.
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE): Establish and improve SLAs, reliability metrics, incident response processes, and operational best practices.
- Security and Compliance: Implement platform hardening, access controls, encryption, container security, and cloud security best practices.
- Cost Optimization: Drive AWS cost governance through budgets, cost monitoring, anomaly detection,



and resource optimization.
- Workplace Management: Ensure consistent configuration, security, and operational stability across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
- Incident Management: Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve platform scalability, automation, performance, availability, and operational efficiency. Required Technical Skills
- DevOps and IaC: Strong hands-on experience with Terraform.
- CI/CD: Expertise in designing and managing Bitbucket Pipelines.
- AWS Services: Practical experience with Amazon EKS, AWS Fargate, AWS Lambda, AWS Lake Formation, IAM, and KMS.
- Containerization: Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container security.
- Data Platform Tools: Experience with Apache Airflow/Amazon MWAA, Airbyte, and Power BI Gateway.
- Monitoring and Logging: Hands-on experience with Amazon CloudWatch and AWS CloudTrail.
- SRE and Reliability: Knowledge of SLAs, incident response, root cause analysis, monitoring, and reliability engineering practices.
- Cloud Security: Experience in platform hardening, identity and access management, encryption, and security governance.
- Cost Management: Experience with AWS Budgets, AWS Cost Anomaly Detection, and cloud cost optimization. Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience managing AWS infrastructure in production environments.
- Proven experience automating infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and platform issues independently.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the specified shift and support weekly rotational night shifts.
