Role Description The System Engineering Intern will support the design, administration, and maintenance of systems used across ZOLDO’s projects and internal operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves assisting with system configuration, monitoring performance, and documenting technical processes under the guidance of senior engineers. The intern will help troubleshoot issues, respond to technical support requests, and contribute to system reliability, security,



and scalability efforts. Day-to-day tasks may include participating in system design discussions, testing new implementations, updating system records, and collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of technology solutions. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Systems Engineering and Systems Design to support planning, configuration, and improvement of technical infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess skills in System Administration to assist with user management, system configuration, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose issues, resolve incidents, and provide reliable assistance to internal teams.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows), networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms is beneficial.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a structured, quick-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python) is a plus.
