Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Delivery Head to lead engineering delivery for our retail customers, drive delivery excellence, strengthen executive relationships, and grow existing accounts. The role will oversee custom application development, application modernization, DevOps and managed services, and AI-enabled engineering and solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technology delivery expertise with a sound understanding of the retail business, the ability to engage with CXOs, and a proven track record of account farming and revenue growth. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring close collaboration with customer stakeholders, engineering teams, sales, presales, and technology practices to deliver business outcomes and expand strategic customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivery Excellence: Lead end-to-end engineering delivery, ensuring quality, productivity, predictable execution, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- CXO Engagement: Build strong executive relationships, understand business priorities, and identify opportunities for technology-led transformation.
- Account Growth & Farming: Expand existing customer relationships, develop account growth plans, and drive revenue through modernization, AI solutions, managed services, and strategic engagements.
- Engineering & Modernization: Oversee Java/J2EE application development, legacy modernization, cloud-native engineering, DevOps automation, and managed services.
- AI-Led Engineering & Solutions: Drive adoption of GenAI, AI-assisted software development, intelligent testing, automated code reviews, code modernization, and agentic AI solutions.



Identify and shape AI opportunities that address customer-specific business challenges.
- Commercial & Operational Management: Own delivery financials, resource planning, utilization, margins, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Leadership & Capability Building: Lead engineering and delivery teams while collaborating with sales, presales, architects, and AI, Data, and Cloud practice leaders to build differentiated capabilities and offerings. Required Experience & Skills
- 15+ years in IT services, digital engineering, or technology consulting.
- Robust retail domain knowledge and experience serving enterprise customers.
- Proven expertise in Java/J2EE application development and engineering delivery.
- Experience managing DevOps, application modernization, and managed services engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage CXO relationships, grow existing accounts, and drive revenue expansion.
- Solid understanding of AI/GenAI applications in software engineering, intelligent automation, and enterprise solutions.
- Strong delivery governance, commercial management, and leadership capabilities.
- Experience with fixed-price, managed services, and outcome-based engagements is preferred. Key Success Measures
