- Food Preparation (*Mise en Place*): Wash, peel, chop, dice, and slice vegetables, fruits, meat, and fish before food preparation. Maintain hygiene in the kitchen and comply with SOPs.
- Station Support: Help senior chefs or Chef de Partie (CDP) during service with basic cooking, plating, and garnishing.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain clean workstations in the kitchen, check fridge temperatures, label and date food, and follow HACCP guidelines.
- Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes, quality, portion, and presentation requirements.
- Perform mise-en-place, including washing, cutting, weighing, measuring, and storing ingredients.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain proper food temperatures.
- Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, inventory control, and minimum wastage.
- Prepare dishes for restaurants, buffets, and banquets as required.
- Coordinate with senior chefs and other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow cleaning schedules, attend training,



and implement standard operating procedures. Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

· Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours, work in quick-paced environments, and lift heavy kitchen supplies (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs).
