Job Description

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and organizational frameworks.

- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning and onboarding.

- Establish and monitor KPI/KRA frameworks and performance management systems.

- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management and statutory compliance.

- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling and employee relations.

- Drive business operations, administration and process standardization.

- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements and automation.

- Work closely with management on HR strategy and operational priorities.

- Manage HRMS implementation, HR analytics, and management reporting.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in HR and business operations.

- Proven experience independently managing HR functions.

- Experience in IT/ITES or technology-driven organizations preferred.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance,



and HR policies.

- Experience in organizational development, process management, and performance systems.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Exposure to Zoho People or other HRMS platforms is an advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Requirements
