Painting Supervisor

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI in Painting Trade.
- Experience: 2–8 years in architectural and interior painting works.
- Good knowledge of surface preparation, putty, primer, emulsion, enamel, and decorative finishes.
- Ability to supervise manpower, control material consumption, and maintain quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise all internal and external painting activities.
- Monitor surface preparation, putty application, sanding, and primer application.
- Supervise emulsion, enamel, acrylic, texture, and decorative painting works.
- Ensure proper application of paint as per manufacturer specifications.
- Check surface quality, colour consistency, and finishing standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Prepare daily work schedules and allocate manpower.




- Monitor paint material consumption and avoid wastage.
- Ensure proper tools, equipment, and scaffolding arrangements.
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify painting defects.
- Maintain daily progress reports and material records.
- Follow safety procedures during painting activities

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of paint types and applications.
- Surface preparation and treatment.
- Putty, primer, sanding, and finishing.
- Spray painting and roller/brush applications.
- Texture and decorative painting.
- Paint quantity estimation.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
