Job Title: Junior Data Scientist (Generative AI & LLMs)

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and driven Junior Data Scientist with a solid foundational grasp of Python, Machine Learning, and emerging Generative AI/LLM paradigms. In this role, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to build, test, and optimize intelligent features—ranging from RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector search systems to autonomous agent workflows. Key Responsibilities:

- GenAI & LLM Integration: Design and implement LLM-driven features, write robust prompts, and participate in prompt engineering and model evaluation tasks.
- RAG & Vector Search: Build, maintain, and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using vector databases, semantic search, hybrid retrieval, and reranking mechanisms.
- Agentic Workflows: Assist in developing agentic architectures and tool-calling orchestrations using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.




- ML & Deep Learning Foundations: Develop, evaluate, and fine-tune traditional machine learning models (scikit-learn) and neural network architectures (PyTorch/TensorFlow) for NLP and text processing tasks.
- Deployment & Collaboration: Containerize applications using Docker, participate in CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs into cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Code Quality & Engineering: Write clean, modular Python code, manage version control via Git, and ensure reliable data pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Programming: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and REST API integration.
- AI/ML & GenAI Core: Familiarity with LLM integration, embeddings, vector databases, and foundational ML/DL libraries (Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Frameworks & Tools: Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Docker, and Git.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience (through internships, academic projects, or early industry roles) building and deploying data science or AI applications.
