We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Growth who can drive business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies and current industry trends.
- Good practical knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and social media marketing.
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in identifying growth opportunities and driving business results.
- Positive team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to guide, motivate, and get the best out of the team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
- Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and ensure work gets done efficiently.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
