Job Description – HR Recruitment Associate

Location: Calicut
Salary Package: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years in HR Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruitment Associate to lead and coordinate the recruitment activities of HR Recruitment Executives. The candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, monitoring team performance, ensuring timely closures, and achieving hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate a team of HR Recruitment Executives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments and locations.
- Allocate hiring requirements and targets among team members.
- Monitor daily recruitment activities, interview schedules, and candidate follow-ups.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.




- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Track recruitment progress, daily reports, and joining updates.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per business requirements.
- Guide and support recruitment executives to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Experience in handling or coordinating recruitment teams is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Positive communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Experience in bulk hiring and target-based recruitment will be an added advantage.
