Position Overview

Sustune Care is offering a hands-on Interior Design & Site Supervision Internship for enthusiastic graduates eager to gain real-world experience in residential interior execution, 2D/3D visualization, and site management.

In this role, you will work closely with senior designers and project leaders across residential projects in Hyderabad (apartments, independent homes, and villas). You will split your time between studio planning, drafting layouts, and visiting active construction sites to learn project coordination and execution ground-up.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Drafting Assistance

- Assist senior designers in creating 2D architectural layouts, furniture layouts, elevation plans, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Support the creation of basic 3D visualizations, mood boards, and client presentations using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Help organize and update project material libraries, sample boards, and finish catalogs.

2. On-Site Learning & Supervision Support

- Accompany project managers on regular site visits across Hyderabad to learn measure-taking, layout marking, and execution workflows.
- Assist in monitoring daily progress across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, modular fitting, and landscaping activities.




- Document site progress with photos/videos and report quality or layout discrepancies to the lead designer.

3. Vendor & Material Coordination

- Learn to prepare material takeoff lists and assist in drafting Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Coordinate with local vendors, material suppliers, and on-site trade workers under the supervision of project leads.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Civil Engineering (Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome).
- Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience (Prior internship or coursework projects are a plus).
- Software Skills:
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drafting).
- Basic familiarity with 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or Lumion) and MS Excel.
- Language Proficiency: Robust communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (essential for smoothly interacting with site labor, vendors, clients, and internal teams).
- Key Attributes:
- Willingness to travel locally across Hyderabad for site visits.
- Keen eye for detail and eagerness to learn physical execution methods on construction sites.
- Robust proactive attitude, punctuality, and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
