Hiring experienced HR skilled for construction materials & logistics startup.
Responsibilities:
- Build complete HR system and policies from scratch
- Handle recruitment for sales, logistics, operations & office staff
- Create hiring process, employee structure and HR workflows
- Manage attendance, joining, documentation and employee records
- Coordinate payroll and basic HR operations
- Build company culture and discipline systems
Experience is mandatory.
Candidates from construction, logistics, manufacturing or startup background preferred.
Pay: ₹15,494.38 - ₹45,000.00 per month
