Job Description – Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Interior Designer to handle residential interior projects, including premium projects. The candidate will be responsible for design development, technical drawings, quotation preparation, SOD, P2P documentation, and coordination with clients, production, and execution teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Client Requirement & Design Planning

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and functional expectations.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and design concepts.
- Handle standard and premium interior projects.

2. Design & Technical Drawings

- Prepare 2D layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and other furniture.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and production-ready.
- Coordinate with the rendering team for 3D visualisation. Rendering is not part of this role.

3. P2P & SOD Preparation

- Achieve a minimum target of 3 P2P submissions per month.
- Prepare accurate P2P drawings and documentation.
- Prepare SOD for every assigned project, covering scope,



materials, finishes, and specifications.
- Ensure proper project handover to production.

4. Quotation Preparation

- Prepare project quotations based on approved designs and requirements.
- Calculate material quantities, specifications, and project costs.
- Ensure quotations are aligned with the approved scope of work.

5. Client & Team Coordination

- Coordinate with clients for design discussions, revisions, and approvals.
- Work closely with sales, production, and execution teams.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and design validation wherever required.
- Resolve design-related queries and ensure smooth project execution.

6. Project Management

- Handle a minimum of 3 projects per month, including premium projects.
- Ensure timely completion of drawings, quotations, SOD, and P2P.
- Maintain regular project updates and follow company processes.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
