Job Description

Looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to drive business development and sales growth for its Plastic Film Capacitor product range. The ideal candidate should have experience in the electronic components industry, with exposure to OEM customers, distributors and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts across Pune and surrounding markets.
- Promote and sell Plastic Film Capacitors to OEMs and distributors.
- Develop customer relationships across Railways, EV, Automotive, Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind), Power Electronics, Motor Drives, Appliances, UPS/Inverters and Energy Meter segments.
- Achieve assigned regional sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Identify new markets, generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Manage distributor networks and direct OEM relationships.
- Handle customer visits, negotiations, pricing discussions and payment follow-ups.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor feedback.
- Coordinate with the R&D; team for product customization and customer-specific requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events and marketing activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.




- 3–4 years of experience in Sales / Marketing within the Electronic Components industry.
- Experience working with an electronic component manufacturer or distributor.
- Must have handled customers in one or more of the following industries:
- Railways
- Automotive / Electric Vehicles (EV)
- Renewable Energy – Solar / Wind
- Power Electronics
- Motor Drives
- Electrical Appliances
- Energy Meters
- UPS / Inverters

Required Skills

- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Experience in OEM sales and distributor management.
- Valuable customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Solid market development and lead generation abilities.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working in electronic components manufacturing, distribution or technical sales organizations, with exposure to OEM customers in the above-mentioned industries, are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
