The role is to define and implement an AI Agent framework focused on accelerating software delivery lifecycle end-to-end.
The vision is to leverage a suite of AI agents capable of supporting and automating the different phases of a product delivery process, including:
- Business requirement capture with Product Owners
- User Story refinement and backlog management in Jira
- Functional analysis and acceptance criteria generation
- Technical impact assessment and solution design
- Code generation and development assistance
- Test case creation, execution support, and quality checks
- Documentation generation and maintenance
- Delivery reporting and project traceability
The objective is not only to improve productivity at individual steps,
but to orchestrate an integrated AI-assisted workflow from business need to deployment, reducing lead times and increasing delivery consistency and quality.
At this stage, I would be interested in reviewing profiles with practical experience in:
- Agentic AI architectures and orchestration frameworks
- LLM-powered software engineering workflows
- Jira and Agile toolchain integration
- Software development lifecycle automation
- DevOps / CI-CD practices
- AI-assisted coding, testing, and documentation generation
