Job Summary

Newgen KnowledgeWorks is looking for an experienced Quality Controller with 5+ years of experience in Typesetting and e-Learning Quality Control. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in reviewing digital learning content, responsive web modules, and multimedia products while ensuring accuracy, functionality, accessibility, and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Typesetting and e-Learning Quality Control.
- Experience in testing responsive web modules across different browsers and devices.
- Hands-on experience in quality checking multimedia products, including audio, video, alt text, WebVTT, and SRT files.
- Experience in quality checking at least one of the following book categories:
- Humanities
- Social Sciences




- Science
- Engineering
- Medicine
- Strong attention to detail with excellent quality-checking and analytical skills.
- Good organisational, communication, and coordination skills.

Good to Have

- Experience in checking accessibility features of web modules.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS styles in browser view.
- Understanding of multimedia workflows and production processes.
