KINU – The Art of Silky Hair, a Korean-inspired premium hair & scalp studio in Edappally, Kochi, is hiring a BRANCH SALES MANAGER.
This is a sales-first role. You will run the front of the branch, turn enquiries and walk-ins into booked clients, and keep the studio running smoothly.
JOB DETAILS
- Role: Branch Sales Manager
- Type: Full-time, on-site
- Location: First floor above Bank of India, opp. St. George Church, Edappally, Kochi
SALARY & PERKS
- Base salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Incentives on sales and memberships
- Typical take-home: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month with incentives and bonuses (estimate, based on monthly revenue and incentives; incentive terms apply)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Sales & clients
- Tele-calling and lead generation: follow up and convert WhatsApp and other enquiries and walk-ins into bookings
- Sell memberships, bridal programmes and retail products; promote offers
- Field sales: tie-ups with influencers and businesses, B2B and direct B2C sales
- Customer handling: appointments, rebooking and Google reviews
Marketing,
branch & team
- Digital marketing: Instagram content and reels, online promotions, plan and run the marketing strategy
- Branch operations: billing, roster, attendance, stock and inventory
- Team management: train, motivate and manage staff to hit sales targets; maintain hygiene, MEP and equipment
- Targets and reporting: achieve weekly and monthly targets, review staff daily targets, send a daily sales report to the owner
WHO CAN APPLY
- 2+ years in a customer-facing sales role (salon, spa, hotel, retail)
- Fluent Malayalam, basic Hindi and good English
- Tele-sales and communication skills; quick on WhatsApp and billing software
- Available on weekends and holidays (1 weekly day off)
